THE ARTIST

Borislav Rusinov was born in 1963 in  the city of Pleven, Bulgaria . In 1982 he graduated from  the National School and Fine Arts „Iliya Petrov“ in Sofia. He is  actively taking part in local , national  and international  exhibitons. exhibition Мessage 2014, the national exhibition of Allianz Bulgaria 2015 , exhibition „women and wine“ „ wine and women „2015,The international Biennial of small forms 2016, exhibition spring 2017,Exhibition at the Pilgercentrum in Rome 2019 ,finalist in Swissartexpo 2019 Switzerland , The Art Basel Artweek-Miami 2.0, Exhibition Autumn -2020, the 10th International Biennial of Small Form -2020 and many others . In 2020, Borislav Rusinov was awarded three prestigious prizes -Тhe International Prize Leonardo da Vinci – The Universal Artist 2020 – Florence , Тhe International Prize Frida Kahlo 2020 – Milano , International Prize „Artist of the Year 2020″ – Italy, “Artist of the Future Award 2020,, . A major part of his work is held in private collections in USA,Austria,Germany,Spain,Italy,France,United Kingdom,Bulgaria . His primary tool is oil, using a wide range of colours brings briliance and uniqueness to his compositions. His work could be seen as a time travel through the Bulgarian culture , manners and faith. Another piece of  his art reveals the beauty of  the Bulgarian woman. The paintings of the author please the fanciers of art and create a feeling of cogitation.
